YOUR DATA
A little island. Your choices.
Pocket Island is operated by Nymbra Studio. This page describes the account and invitation-code beta, updated 11 September 2026.
When you sign in
Twitch provides your account identifier, profile name, picture and email address. We use these to identify your account, save your island and verify your access. We request profile and email permissions; signing in does not give Pocket Island permission to manage your broadcasts or moderate your channel. Login tokens are encrypted in account storage.
Your island and installation
We store your saved look, beta-access grant, installation identifier and published looks so your widget can receive changes. Each widget has a private installation key. Keep that key and your StreamElements overlay URL private. Your invitation code is checked against a stored hash.
Widget connections report receipt and application status for published looks. Stream chat and reactions are processed by the widget; chat is not sent to an AI service. The widget can remember a limited list of viewers in its own browser storage.
Cookies and local storage
Secure login cookies maintain your session. Your browser also keeps preview preferences and account-scoped draft recovery so an interrupted edit can be restored. Login sessions expire; a new sign-in may be needed before saving or publishing again.
Launch-news emails
The optional email form stores your email address, signup date, a hashed network address and browser information for delivery and abuse prevention. It is separate from your Twitch account. Contact us to have a launch-news signup removed. Invitation codes are shared by the owner, not automatically distributed from the email list.
Services involved
Cloudflare hosts the site, database and widget connections. Twitch handles sign-in. Google Fonts supplies website fonts. StreamElements and the streaming platforms you connect handle your overlay events. These services receive the requests needed for their respective features. Operational request and error logs may be used to diagnose failures and abuse.
Control and deletion
You can sign out, reset your installation key, or delete your Pocket Island account from the dashboard’s account controls. Account deletion removes the account’s saved looks, access and overlay ownership, and revokes its widget connections. A separately submitted launch-news email needs a separate removal request. Existing staging-beta accounts are separate from production accounts; deleting one does not automatically delete the other.
